18 Teenagers Arrested for Illegal Motorcycle Racing in Chiang Mai

In Chiang Mai, 18 teenagers were arrested for engaging in illegal motorcycle racing activities.

The incident occurred in the Hang Dong area late in the evening on October 10. Local residents had repeatedly complained about the noise from the loud motorcycles, which disturbed their sleep.

The police successfully apprehended the offenders with the help of surveillance camera recordings. These arrested teenagers were part of two well-known Chiang Mai gangs, namely, "So Hot" and "Black H9." Among the suspects, 16 were under the age of 15, and only two were older than 15.

police have obtained a court order to confiscate 14 motorcycles involved in the incidents.

The teenagers are facing charges related to illegal racing in public areas and the unlawful use of modified motorcycles. Additionally, the 14 motorcycles involved in the incidents.
