Today, at 5:48 AM, Train No. 13 derailed due to damaged tracks caused by wastewater between Phrae Kaeng Luang and Ban Pin stations.

The accident resulted in three train cars overturning, with reports of one person injured.

The unaffected train cars were transported to Den Chai station in Phrae province, from where passengers continue their journey to Chiang Mai by road transport.

Train services on this route have been canceled for today.
