Yesterday in Phuket, several foreigners attacked immigration officers.

On October 26, two employees of the immigration service arrived at a villa in the Laem Singh area to arrest an Indian citizen who had exceeded his stay in the country.

The officers were met by several private security guards who did not allow them to enter the villa and later attacked them with baseball bats.
