The consequences of rain in Chantaburi province,  Thailand

The Meteorological Department of Thailand has issued a warning about heavy rains in the northern, northeastern, and central regions, as well as extremely heavy rainfall in certain parts of the eastern and southern regions.

Residents of these regions are advised to monitor the situation for possible floods and landslides, especially in hilly and low-lying areas.

In the upper part of the Gulf of Thailand and the upper part of the Andaman Sea, strong winds are expected, with wave heights reaching 2-3 meters in thunderstorm areas and over 3 meters.

Small boats in these areas are recommended to avoid sailing during storms.

In the photo, you can see the consequences of the rains over the weekend in the provinces of Chiang Mai, Satun, Mae Hong Son, and Chanthaburi.
