Residents in the southern provinces along the eastern coast are advised to monitor the situation, as heavy rains over the next 3 days may lead to sudden floods and landslides, especially in hilly and low-lying areas.

The warning applies to the provinces of Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Trang, Satun, Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwat.

During this period, waves in the Gulf of Thailand may reach 2-4 meters. Small boats are recommended to avoid sailing during storms.
