Warning from the Meteorological Department of Thailand: from August 29th to September 2nd, a southwestern monsoon will prevail in the south of Thailand.

A storm warning will be in effect for the provinces of Phuket, Krabi, Phang Nga, and Ranong. Heavy rains and gusty winds are expected, and wave heights in the Andaman Sea may reach 2-3 meters.

All boats with a length of less than 10 meters are prohibited from going out to sea during this period.
